Core Values Inventory

Living into our values entails more than simply stating them; it involves actively embodying them. It requires walking the path we speak of. This means having a clear understanding of our beliefs and principles. We must ensure that our intentions, words, thoughts, and actions align with these convictions.

Living with integrity, by aligning our actions with our values, is the cornerstone of trustworthiness. When our intentions, words, and behaviors consistently reflect our core beliefs, we show authenticity and reliability. When what we say we value aligns with how we live, it inspires confidence in others. This strengthens trust in our relationships.

Below is a compilation of values. Of course, this is not an exhaustive list. There's an opportunity for you to contribute values that might not be listed here. The challenge lies in selecting the 4-5 values that resonate most deeply with you. Acknowledging the difficulty of this task, many individuals, including myself, often find themselves torn between ten to fifteen values initially. To ease the process, consider marking fifteen values initially. But, the goal remains to narrow down to just 4-5 core values.

Note: The compilation of values utilized in this context is inspired by the work and teachings of Brené Brown. Her research and insights have significantly influenced the creation and application of these core values in my work, emphasizing the importance of aligning beliefs with actions for personal growth and development.
